In the Organisation for Co-operation and Development (OECD)'s Development Assistance Committee (DAC) meeting of 8 April 2014, Ben Shepherd, the Principal of Developing Trade Consultants Ltd. and Consultant at the World Bank, gave his impressions on the OECD's Aid for Trade programme.
Ben Shepherd is the Principal of Developing Trade Consultants Ltd. His
work with international organizations and development agencies focuses
on trade facilitation, trade in services, non-tariff measures, and
governance. He holds a PhD in economics from SciencesPo Paris, and was a
Postdoctoral Research Associate at Princeton University.
