ENVIRONET - Henri-Bernard Solignac-Lecomte on the African Economic Outlook (AEO) 2014

Henri-Bernard Solignac-Lecomte, Head of Unit, Europe, Middle East & Africa, at the OECD Development Centre in Paris at the ENVIRONET Workshop, 20th February 2014, at the Green Growth, Development Planning and Policy Workshop, presented the African Economic Outlook (AEO) 2014. He came seeking advice from ENVIRONET members regarding how to better incorporate green growth into the AEO.
