At the 16th Development Assistance Committee (DAC) Evaluation Network, 12-13 February 2014, Professor Eva Terberger of Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau (KfW) gave a sneak peek at an upcoming report by Michael Grimm and Anna Luisa Paffhausen, University of Passau, German on 'Do we know how to create jobs? Evaluation lessons from a Systematic Review'.
