In Paris at the ENVIRONET Workshop, 20th February 2014, Leo Horn-Phathanothai, Director of International Cooperation at the World Resources Institute (WRI), gave his impressions of the workshop. He provided his impressions of green growth and ENVIRONET's work on promoting green growth outside a busy metro station.
